1. Website operator and contact
Open Skill LLC, United States.
For privacy questions, requests, or concerns, email info@figtt.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Please describe your request without sending sensitive identity documents.
2. Information handled by this website
This website introduces FIGTT’s marketing services and accepts business partnership inquiries. Consumer service applications are handled through campaign-specific destinations.
When you submit the partnership form, your name, work email, company, selected campaign model, markets, contact preference, and brief are sent over an encrypted connection to our website service, then delivered to info@figtt.com through Zoho Mail. We use this information to review and respond to the business inquiry. Submission does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Your browser may retain autofill information under its own settings.
3. Hosting and security logs
The hosting server processes technical requests to deliver the website. Access logs can include IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, and browser information. They support operation, troubleshooting, and security; they are not used for advertising. Logs are rotated daily, with up to 14 rotated files in addition to the active log.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not load analytics scripts, advertising pixels, third-party embeds, or externally hosted fonts. It does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
If you select “Necessary only” or save your cookie settings, a first-party cookie named figtt_cookie_choice stores the value necessary-v1 for 180 days. It remembers your selection and contains no unique identifier. It applies only to this host and path, uses SameSite=Lax, and uses the Secure attribute on HTTPS connections. Your browser includes it in requests to this website.
“Continue without saving” dismisses the notice for the current page without setting a cookie. You can reopen from this page or the footer, inspect the categories, or delete the saved preference. If your browser blocks cookies, your choice may not persist.
The partnership form sends entries to our business mailbox. The website does not retain a separate submissions database. Your browser may independently retain autofill information.
4. Email and messaging services
Website form inquiries are delivered through Zoho Mail. If you email us or start a WhatsApp or Telegram conversation, the information you send is handled through the relevant service and received as business correspondence. It may include your contact details, company information, message content, and attachments. It is used to respond to the inquiry and discuss the relevant business relationship.
Contact links do not load messaging widgets or tracking pixels. Following a link opens an external app or website whose terms and privacy practices apply. Please do not send consumer lead lists, government identifiers, health records, payment details, or account credentials through these general contact channels.
5. Business correspondence and service providers
The website does not maintain a separate database of submitted inquiry content. Inquiry emails remain in our business mailbox and correspondence is handled through the email or messaging service used for the conversation. To limit abuse and duplicate delivery, the website temporarily keeps IP-based submission counters, request identifiers, and content hashes in memory for up to one hour. Delivery logs contain a reference, time, and outcome rather than the inquiry body. Service providers process and retain information under their applicable terms, privacy notices, and account settings. Provider locations and account settings can affect where correspondence is stored.
For questions about the handling or deletion of a particular conversation, contact info@figtt.com.
6. Choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to save the cookie preference, delete a saved preference through Cookie settings, or contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, objection, or withdrawal where applicable. Available rights and any verification requirements depend on your location and the processing involved. We may ask for limited information needed to identify the relevant correspondence and respond securely.
7. Consumer campaigns and follow-up
This notice describes the corporate website. A consumer-facing campaign requires its own disclosures explaining the service, intended recipients, collected fields, permitted follow-up, and privacy choices. Campaign-specific information should be read at the point of collection. A business inquiry to FIGTT is not consent to consumer telemarketing.
8. Changes and questions
We update this notice when website features or data practices change. For questions about this notice, contact info@figtt.com.
